RONDELLE MAY
Director (and Licensee)

With exceptional organisation and communication skills gleaned from eight years in the advertising industry, Rondelle worked as a Media Director managing multi-million dollar budgets before making the move in the late 1990’s to join her brother Darren in real estate.

With an incredible eye for detail, uncanny knack for interpreting what the real estate market wants and a strong managerial style, Rondelle has consistently delivered sales figures beyond all expectations.

Specialising exclusively in land subdivisions since she stared in real estate, Rondelle manages all aspects of land subdivisions liaising with individual land owners, developers and investment groups wishing to develop their land from concept stage to completion.

DARREN BLOWES
Development Advisor

As the company’s Development Advisor, Darren provides advice on land subdivisions to ensure mature returns and minimised completion time frames.

With over eight years experience in project management of land subdivisions, twenty years experience in real estate sales as well as a Bachelor of Business degree in Marketing at Curtin University, Darren is a valuable asset to both the Landwest Estate Agency and any developer requiring assistance.

Development projects Darren has worked on include Seville Parklands Estate, Seville Grove – Flametrees Estate, Wattle Grove and The Altitude Estate, Landsdale. He is a member of both REIWA and UDIA.
 

KARRIE ALLAN - joined the Landwest team this year and brings 8 years experience in property law and development.  Prior to joining Landwest, Karrie specialised in the settlement of large scale residential subdivisions. Since then she has developed a unique insight and perspective into the land development process and settlement law.  Karrie is currently completing a Masters degree in Urban Planning and Design at Curtin University.

KERRY NORTON - has been a valued member of our team since 2007.  She manages the financial record keeping and administration of Landwest and the various estates we currently manage.  Kerry brings a wealth of accounts and administration knowledge, and is a member of both the MYOB Professional Team and Institute of Certified Bookkeepers. 

JASMINE BLOWES - is our most recent addition to Landwest. Her duties include administration, marketing and sales support. Jasmine’s willingness to learn and enthusiasm for her work have made her an indispensible addition to our team.
