RONDELLE MAY – DIRECTOR (LICENSEE)
Rondelle worked as a Media Director managing multi-million dollar budgets gained from eight years in the advertising industry before making the move to real estate in the late 1990’s.
With an incredible eye for detail, uncanny knack for interpreting what the real estate market wants and a strong managerial style, Rondelle has consistently delivered sales figures beyond all expectations.
Rondelle consistently places in the REIWA Top Salesperson Award for Land Project Marketing and the agency within the REIWA Top Land Project Marketing categories.
Specialising exclusively in land subdivisions, Rondelle manages all aspects of land subdivisions liaising with individual land owners, developers and investment groups wishing to develop their land from concept stage to completion.
DAVID MAY – PROJECTS
David comes from a building and horticultural background with many years of sales and consultancy expertise. Due to the high demand of daily management of land subdivisions David has joined the Landwest team to specialise in assisting with the ‘in’s and out’s’ of subdividing land which is becoming more complex.
David has been a registered Real Estate Sales Representative for twelve years. He has five years experience in Building Construction Management and five years in Land Subdivision Development Management.
LAURA LAWRENCE – EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Laura joined the team in 2006 after many years working in a range of real estate administration roles.
Laura is our Contracts Administrator and Executive Assistant to Rondelle May. A registered real estate representative, Laura is highly efficient and competent in all facets of real estate and business administration.
Laura’s daily role is anywhere from finance follow up and updating electronic media through to marketing and advertising analysis.
Together with strong organisational skills and attention to detail, Laura is an integral Landwest team member.
JANE PAGE – BOOK KEEPER / ACCOUNTS
Jane has been a valued member of our team since 2019.
Jane manages the financial record keeping and administration requirements of Landwest and the various estates we currently manage.
Jane brings a wealth of accounts and administration knowledge, and is a member of both the MYOB Professional Team and Institute of Certified Bookkeepers.
